Gosh im hurting so bad and i can't cope with living anymore, i can't find the right ctb method either, i feel so trapped. I'm crying so much i can't breathe, i cry when i wake up the thought of starting a new day is too much for me. I don't know what to do, does anyone have any good coping mechanisms?

I'm really sorry to hear you're hurting so much, love. What you're going through sounds overwhelming. HUGS.
When I'm feeling like that I spend some time on SS, watch my favourite shows/movies, eat some comfort food. Sometimes exercising helps if I have the energy.
Hope this helps, take care.

Medication. If your brain is messed up to the point you're always crying/upset, the only thing you can really do is numb yourself. When you're spiraling and you can't function, you've got to change those chemicals up there. Basically over the years I've learned that no matter how bad things are, you can at least rid yourself of the worst of the fear and dread. I am lucky that I am back on meds now and doing okay, but I've had periods where I was absolutely terrible (when I was off them). You can get through this. Most of the truly negative feelings can be overcome if the meds are right for you and strong enough. I would say aim for the feeling of being unfazed. That is likely the best you can hope for if things are really bad.

Sorry to hear you're struggling. Sometimes a hot shower/bath helps me. Drugs and alcohol can numb me a bit but that's temporary. Watching stuff can help too. Hope this helps

This is not good in the long-run, or even in the short term, but whenever I feel like that (which is almost always) I just take enough drugs to black out and then pass out.
There are much better ways to deal with it, like going out for a walk, specially if you live near a park or even better, a vast green and open area. it's really comforting to do so, I wish I could bring myself to do it more often but my body can't even take a short hike anymore.

I browse here and pet my cats whenever I'm feeling on the verge of CTB. It helps some but unfortunately I don't know of anything that's capable of suppressing the feeling entirely.

I try to distract myself by any means necessary, when that fails I usually put on some background noise to lull me into taking a nap to clear my head. Sometimes I wake up feeling even worse though so I don't know what to do from that point.

Lately I've been using tons of weed edibles with pills like pregabalin, benzos, even painkillers.
Also, a cup of fresh coffee is really helpful when dealing with a depressive episode, and that's something much less damaging than the other things I've mentioned.

Always give 100% - unless youāre donating blood.
I'm wondering if you've approached your GP about how you're feeling?
Your GP can refer you to the Community Mental Health Services where you can get the help you so obviously need right now.
Please reach out for the help you deserve.
My coping method is browse SS forum, thinking and planning to end my life. Rush into seller website and check if "drug" available and in the stock.
Contemplating CTB during dark moments is really a relieve.
