Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i smoke to some chill music or watch something funny like south park series or anime. also i'm in the process of writing a book and that calms me down to. when i listen to some screamo music, i sing along to lyrics and shout it like a psycho, that also reduces my stress

Gaming mostly, but thanks to being home due to covid guidelines I can burn though a 40 hour game in a few days. It sucks when you play games faster than they can make new ones.
I also read reddit, this forum, or the news. If all else fails marijuana and a good snack.
Musicals or instrumentals calm my mood when having the impulses, but sometimes the urge is too strong that the music's will also add fuel to the ctb meter
I go out for walks for about an hour or two. I try to go into nature with water present. I also do CBD oil now. I wish I had this long ago. I like long drives but that's not always practical. Take a shower and tell myself its going to be Ok wether I CTB or not. It doesnt work every time but I keep trying anyway.
I either turn on my music or meditate. Neither work particularly well, but they sometimes keep me out of my worst headspaces. Walks are nice too, but I live in suburbia so no nature hikes so calm me down, just loud noises and densely packed housing. But it works I guess.
