what type of gas cylinder, regulator, and gas hose do I need for making a nitrogen exit bag. If responses could include links to the proper products: that would be great.

You can search that out on YT. There's an instructional vid on there, or used to be. Also, the PPH has some instructions. Even just an Internet search will yield guides. Some have used "turkey" bags and then modified them with elastic.

Which gas are you thinking of using?

Have you begun to read the PPEH? Or Vizzy's guide? You need to have an understanding of the fundaments of this rather than being handed a shopping list, as regions differ in gas fittings and sources. FWIW it is not as hard as one may think once you begin to read around the topic.

Depending on what part of the world you are, you need to make sure you get the regulator that fits the type of connection on your cylinder. Then the flowmeter attaches to the regulator. Or, you can buy a "combo" regulator/flowmeter. Any hose that fits onto the fitting on the flowmeter - depends on flowmeter. But, fittings can always be changed. Can't give specifics since I know nothing of your locale. But, even the cheapest stuff will work.
