Same & fork "E Pluribus Unum" (USA's "motto"): "Capitalist Hell" is much more accurate....

For those in other countries, please know the the USA's "Supreme Court" has ruled that corporations are "people" (except real people can receive a punishment of being jailed & corporations can't). Also, that court has ruled that "money is 'free speech'", so use it to manipulate the poor all you please.

I live in the U.S. and I have to say that capitalism isn't perfect by far but socialism or communism is even worse. The issue isn't how we set up our governments/economic system, it's that people are fundamentally evil and will ALWAYS find ways to use others for their benefit. Communism/Socialism would only work if people were always good and honest, which is the complete opposite of reality.

USA - Which is why I haven't been on. Loads of new "contact tracers" being trained combined with an already overloaded surveillance oriented government didn't leave me feeling particularly private here. Logged in real quick to leave a note, but I imagine most people I was talking to before are gone now.

yes, and as such, they actually have more rights than animals, even though animals are conscious sentient beings which are capable of suffering and a corporation is just an abstract construct.
But money talks, and animals don't...
