Lately, my right extremities feel different than the left ones, plus I have some difficulty controlling agility when moving the fingers of my right hand and foot
When I was born, my right hemisphere was paralyzed causing me to lose some agility in my right extremities, I easily adapted to this throughout my life and everything was normal but now my right extremities feel totally different
I know I should see a doctor, but I'm just starting the process of applying for health insurance.

This is a hell of a technical question medically speaking, you're going to need a doctor at the least, probably specialists like a neurologist

Could be signs of a stroke or Lord what not. Best to consult a physician about it asap!

If you don't have health insurance then try a clinic for the destitute/poor. In the US there are clinics who cater to the undocumented migrant community, for those are not allowed to participate in the government insurance scheme.

There should be similar setups in other places.
