Nope, I had Tagamet but I can't find it anywhere Will Milk of magnesia do?

Honestly fasting 12 hours makes my body weak already. Have you tried fasting 41 hours before?

I think I remember reading that an antacid is no longer needed, but that if you choose it, Milk of Magnesia is fine to use. And that you only need to fast long enough to ensure you have no food in your system, no need to make yourself extremely uncomfortable with fasting too long.

I like fasting. May do a bit less than 41 tho. Like 16 maybe
