i need to ctb now and I have no SN at the moment, I know a=that any other household methods wont be as quick and painless but are there any methods that aren't as painful as things like jumping?

Hanging I guess. Jumping isn't painful when it's high enough.
Hanging was mentioned already, if you press your neck right it should be quite painless, not sure how though.

Hanging scares me personally because of the fear of failure. I have never even attempted it. It sounds like a horrible way to leave this world. I think if I knew of an easy and painless way to leave, I would already be gone. Ctb really is so difficult after all. I'm sorry for all the suffering that has brought you to this point, I know that this life can be unbearable when you are desperate to leave. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
