What are "solutions" on peoples' profiles?

I looked at a profile of someone who I think CTB (though was online yesterday, so I'm unsure) & they had a solutions thing appear on their profile next to # of messages / reaction score. What is that?
edit: sorry if this is like the wrong section to post this under. I think it is because it's not really suicide-focused

You can set a thread as "question" and vote then for the best reply as the "solution".

Just saw by myself that it's not possible for every section.

for someone to get a solution, they need to make a reply on a question type thread and a moderator has to go and select it as the solution.
