• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I see that many people are having a hard time getting hold of SN in certain countries. There are other nitrite compounds that are still widely available on mainstream shopping sites and even in hardware stores. I would assume that they are either undesirable or just as controlled as SN but I thought it would be worth a look. The most promising and available I've seen are calcium nitrite and potassium nitrite. Also attached here is a list of industrial chemicals that induce methemoglobinemia: https://www.haz-map.com/methem.html
Any opinions would be appreciated.

There's probably a lot of substances that are easily obtainable and lethal like SN but we don't really know about it until ppeh writes about it, someone dies using it or some experiments are done.
