He ask me is somethign wrong and I wasn't able to hide it. And he didn't stop to ask me so.then I just told him.

Well, he said it's gonna be better. And I should make me positive thoughts.

At least, they know and it could help you to feel less alone.

I am not sure. It was good to tell someone, but I dont think it made much of a difference.

I'm glad he didn't freak out and didn't send you to psych ward. I know it isn't easy always hiding our emotions, but I think you should be more careful next time, because people usually can't understand how we feel. It's just my opinion.

Family just want you to be alive, no matter how desperate you feel. My family members ask me is everything okay sometimes too and they don't stop until I say something, so I always tell them I'm just tired and it's truth.

Well, at least he acted in a supportive way instead of calling an ambulance and sending you to a psych ward!
In the end, they just want the best for us but damn, it's so difficult for us to be understood and really helped.
