I am not sure 24 is enough to cause any damage, but I'm no medic. Prob just throw them up and sleep it off. Please dont torture yourself - there are means if you look at the resources

You most likely will not die from that but you are at risk for liver damage and stomach ulcers (which are very painful.) I used to take at least 9 Advil pms a day because I was addicted to the drowsy sensation and ended up with one. It's not fun.

You'll most likely survive unless you have some sort of pre-existing medical condition.

I would strongly suggest calling Poison Control, however. You're going to be in a world of hurt. Paracetemol poisoning will destroy your organs and it's not fast.

paracetamol will damage your liver. 24 is a lot, but it won't cause you to CTB. You need to get to a hospital right away. I had a friend who did this. He swallowed 25 paracetamol. A short while later he started feeling really ill, so we got him to the hospital. Where they pumped his stomach
paracetamol will mess up your liver /kidneys really bad. Maybe even irreversibly. Please go to a hospital, because 24 paracetamol won't make you CTB. It will ruin your organs really bad.

You need to be given the antidote, parvolex, within 8 hours. It's given as a drip. This method is a very slow and painful one and would lead to liver damage that would most likely mean you'd be in hospital for a while with no guarantee of CTBing. Please call the emergency services.

Also likely to get kidney and liver damage and jaundiced at the least. I tried it in the past and will not do it again; it was awful and I was found after 8 hours

It will depend on so many factors though. OP may have risk factors that mean they are more likely to suffer long term consequences and I would again urge them to seek help ASAP. There have been cases of liver damage after as few as 10.

At best you'll damage your liver and your kidneys.
At worst you're in for a 4 to 6 six day brutal agony as your liver fails. No pain meds will help at that point.
Neither options are worth it.

People please don't make assumptions based on your own experiences. There are so many factors that will decide the outcome of this overdose. Idiosyncratic differences mean that X amount may lead one person to hepatotoxicity while another may recover with no long term damage done.

I hope the OP gives us an update sooner or later. Kind of a cliff hanger to say you took a ton of pills when pills are often unreliable.
