Hey,

I'm planning to CTB tomorrow at around midnight with SN but the problem is I don't have any access to antiemetics. Would it be dangerous to do it without one? I don't think I vomit too easily and I have a pretty fast metabolism so I don't know. Are there any common drugs that everyone has that could help replace it?

Thanks.

Some antihistamine like benadryl or doxylamine have antiemetic properties. Lorezepam has. Albeit theae are much weaker and wont prevent throwing up. It's risky. If you can't keep enough down it's ER time. Possible psych ward afterwards. It has worked for some people without but wouldn't count on it.
Maybe you can change the date and try further revenues to obtain AE?

I thought I didn't vomit easily either but my first experience with oxycontin showed me that it doesn't really matter what I thought. Remember that you are going to be drinking disgustingly salty water that will probably really, really upset yo tummy. If you really want to want to be successful without an AE I would prepare as many glasses as possible and try to keep at least one of them fully down. But I would personally wait until you have an effective AE on hand.

Would something like dramamine be good enough?

Dramamine (brand name) or it's counterparts have AE properties. It's sea sickness medication and it's over the counter. It's mentioned in the pph as an alternative to a prescription AE.

these otc ae are too weak for what you are abou to do. So not good enough but better than nothing. If you really can't wait. Otherwise I repeat myself to considered moving your date and get proper AE . I have used these drugs during my alcohol abuse phase, withdrawal nausea. They work a little but still wouldn't stop me throwing up. Idk it's risky imo

SN is really all you need in order to successfully CTB. There are a few goodbye threads on here from users who have CTB with no AEs. It's definitely possible, but you will vomit. Obviously prepare a few cups in case. I think the most important aspect is the fasting before ingesting as it will be absorbed way faster into your bloodstream on an empty stomach, so hopefully enough will be absorbed before you vomit it out. From everything I've read, SN is absorbed extremely quickly, especially on an empty stomach.

Adding on to what everyone else has said: I believe you're highly likely to vomit even with AEs. I believe their main purpose is speeding the transfer of the liquid from your stomach into whatever comes after your stomach (look guys I'm a humanities guy, no sciences here). In reports I've read here, the majority of people vomit, but this doesn't necessarily mean failure.

Just laughing at your bracketed statement, lol.

You are correct though.
