Apparently the query "buy aerogel Israel" drives Google insane. I see kanji. I cannot read kanji.
With this said, two requests, if you can:
1) just Google "buy aerogel Israel" and report whether Google suddenly goes nuts, showing every conceivable language except English
2) find me a guy who's willing to sell some aerogel to one guy. I want to make me a travel backpack of sorts. After almost running out of water on one of my walks I bought a military water "bottle" with some built in insulation, but I want even more insulation, which is why I want some aerogel.
Alibaba is not a valid source.

Astrogel is plentiful here in the US.

Dunno if the chain stores here will ship internationally though.

It comes up as normal for me when I type it into google. There's a website called buyaerogel but my internet is too slow for it to load
