Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been seeing a trauma therapist for a year now. We've done EMDR and brain spotting in the past. We're also doing ketamine assisted therapy.

I took some time off cause it was a lot.

I saw her again today and just talked about possibly doing brain spotting again and revisiting past issues.

I don't know why it all felt overwhelming. Like I couldn't be there anymore. She tried to suggest some grounding techniques but I couldn't stay. I just left

Now I don't know what to do.

Should I email and apologize?

Should I just wait and talk about it when I'm scheduled to see her Saturday?

I'm worried about all the feelings and thoughts that therapy brings up. And I feel like I should be working on controlling it more

Take it easy. Do whatever makes you comfortable. Don't stress too much about it. Perfectly fine to discuss during your next meeting and its quite possible that she will bring it up to understand your side of it.

That must've been really tough to handle and I'm sorry you're feeling worried. But definitely be kinder to yourself here. You didn't do anything wrong or hurt anyone. It's perfectly okay to remove yourself from situations that are too much. It can be a very strange and overwhelming thing going back to treatment. Rest assured that she's there to help whenever you are ready. Moment by moment, don't push yourself too hard. You got this! ⭐
