Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Have all ingredients needed for SN method excluding the AE, sedatives and beta blockers. Realistically speaking I won't be able to get beta blockers or sedatives so I've decided to forego those. It will just be SN, antacids and AE. Anyone have any experience/hear any stories about someone using just these ingredients?

Without beta blockers and sedatives I fear it won't be very peaceful. You'll feel discomfort.

What does the PPeH say?

They suggest beta blockers and proton pump inhibitors to potentiate SN, but it doesn't sound like they are required.
However the beta blocker would help reduce one of the symptoms (heart racing) and definitely be helpful making the procedure more peaceful.

You don't want to panic-vomit or call for help because your heart starts racing…
