I sometimes get a vomit reflex but 99,99% of the time nothing comes up, absolutely nothing, no water, bile, air, nothing.
Remember to drink water and take electrolytes. Also remember to strecth. Sometimes when my certain muscles are tight, it launches the vomit reflex. If your health gets too bad, go back to eating but slowly. Stomach is like a muscle.
