I'm waiting for them to come up with one where the entire backside is covered with camera lenses, like the eyes of a spider..they're already getting pretty close.
Ugh.

I like technology but I hate that every move we make can be recorded at any time now, and taken out of context, also if you're unfortunate looking like me, it's a literal hellscape of lenses and possible humiliating pictures being taken at every corner.

It is a bit sad because all this hoaxes related to meditation or mindfulness in general, studying its effects is neglected, I mean, at least I have been able to verify it can be a good exercise.

I see that as a failure in our education, since it shows an immense ignorance of how many things work, meme about "drink your own urine" and that you can take advantage of it aside, if you excrete it for a reason, yes, it's "water" but in it you filter waste, things that the body expels, I don't know if I attribute this attempt to fill in the gaps in their understanding to the Dunning-Kruger effect.
