Using phenytoin(contains diazepam) in chloroquine overdose

I don't have access to benzodiazepines in my country, but I have access to antiepileptic drugs.

Can I use phenytoin (an antiepileptic drug contains diazepam) instead of oxazepam? Peaceful pill handbook recommends oxazepam in chloroquine OD

Diazepam seems to make Chloroquine less likely to kill. You can use zolpidem + zolpicone as a substitute if you cant get oxazepam
