Urgent, would this work?

I've heard on this site that overdosing generally isn't the best way to go but this is my only option. I just need to know if it would work. I have 3400 mg of advil, I weigh 113 lb. Please tell me if it would work.

If not leave suggestions please. I don't know what to do but I need to ctb soon.
