Venting Upcoming birthday making me more miserable than normal

Refer to title. Without giving away any incriminating evidence of my identity, just know that I'm friendless (but paradoxically despise socializing with new people) and will be hitting my mid-20s utterly alone.

I'd rather spend the whole day, hell, the whole week sleeping. I won't be able to do that, but I wish I could.

By all accounts, I'm a failure and am dreading the fact that I'm still alive. There is no happiness or satisfaction in being a year older. It only serves as a reminder that I should have just CTB as a teenager, back when I had friends, ambition, and a social life.

I feel this 100%. My birthday is soon as well and its making me feel more suicidal than ever. Birthday blues is a real psychological experience so you're not alone in that regard. I really hope you're able to find solace however you can though
