Unusual, lengthy, painful and final (no turning back)

I have asked before about how i might do crucifixion. I am looking for methods and ways to have it be very painful for hours or more and to do it so I am unable to stop it or if i change my mind im in it for good. Pleease don't judge that it is unusual but it is a choice i continue to consider.

It can kill you eventually by making it hard for your lungs to fully expand. I learned about this from American slavery research (in high school) but it takes a long time to actually die.

I am certain you do not deserve this. As said before, I share the idea, but I am sure noone needs to die that way. I have been looking into this since we last talked, and I realized there are people in my past who's ideas I may be reproducing. Who gave me pain and taught me that it deserve it. Maybe none of this is relevant for you, but I do hope you find a way towards a more peaceful path or end.
