I was in my tutorial the other day. For the first time in the semester, I happened to notice scars on my TA's wrist. They may be one of the sweetest people I know in school right now, and seeing that makes me want to cry and hold them. I want to die. Fuck my life.

wow. Your response (wanting to hold them) is lovely. And you know, our problem is just everywhere. Just the other day one of my students chose to share with me the sweetest thing. She said something like "Professor, I just want you to know how much students here appreciate you and that we all hope you stick around." I was floored. At that very moment I had my laptop open to this site. My first thought was about how little of my pain must be evident to others.
