I suffer inhumane chronic undiagnosed pain. It's progressing rapidly with little to no relief. I have chosen partial hanging but cant wrao my head about the logistics. I've practiced but cannot feel like I'll pass out. I've read everything I can on how to. Any help would be appreciated. If I were a dog I'd be put to sleep a LONG TIME AGO!

I am so sorry for what you're going through…Have you had tests and imaging done to try to determine the cause of your pain? If it's something that began after a small injury, stroke, or heart attack it could be CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) which is anticipated to be a CNS disorder and can be treated to some extent. I can't give any medical advice but would recommend seeing a neurologist if you haven't yet. It breaks my heart that you are in so much pain, you deserve a diagnosis.

Chronic pain is the worst, I'm sorry that you have to deal with it. I tried partial hanging awhile back and could never get it to work, I would get close to passing out and then I would always pull myself out of it despite not wanting to.

It is unfair to ask him to help you end your life. Don't do this.

Most practically, he will possibly be liable for your death and could be criminally charged. Is that the future you want for him?

Generally on this site we tell people not to injure someone else as a result of your decision. You would cause emotional harm to your husband by asking him to be present or, god forbid, help you take your life. He likely bears some psychic scars just by your asking.

If you feel you are ready to exit, please do not involve him. It is your decision and should be your action alone.
