I did want to jump to my death, but it would be such a long trip there and my nerves would surely be wracking all the way there. I'm considering SN but I don't know how to get antiemetics in a way that wouldn't alert the people monitoring my health and transaction history. I doubt going to a local doctor would be possible at all, and I don't know what online resources are reliable. What should I search for? Does anyone have any resources with more specifics? I've tried searching previous threads but everything seemed too vague.

Buccastem M is available in the UK OTC. If you're from the UK (or somewhere else where it is readily available), that might be an option? If I recall correctly, Stan himself actually used it. If not, there are online doctors sites you can use to get prescriptions. I dont know whether this would still alert people monitoring your medical history or not?

Also, if all else fails, have you considered just not using AE at all? I think I'll be going with them - but it seems they are not mandatory for it to work, as long as you follow the recommended dose in Stans guide.

Ah, I should have mentioned that I'm in the US. I have seen mention of online doctors and prescription sites, I'm just not sure what to look for (if I should avoid ads when googling and what's actually still active)

I have considered without AE but I'd rather not risk it. I already have a few blood problems, which notably causes nausea when blood gets drawn (possibly a form of hypoglycemia, from what my last doctor said) so I would probably more susceptible to vomiting than the average person.

I would recommend the online doctors I've used in the past - however it's a UK based one so wont be of much use to you. What I will say though, is that I found it in about two minutes, booked an appointment for the next morning, and got the prescription I needed straight away.

If you just look for sites that have good reviews, I think that you'll find what you need relatively quickly.
