Is anyone else paranoid about potentially having their phone tracked while being on this website or other such websites?

I don't want people to know what I do on here or anywhere. How do I prevent this?

People will not know. The NSA...probably would know if they had a reason to look. Don't do anything that would give them a reason.
In person communications are the most secure...unless someone talks.
Just remember, nobody really cares what we say.
That could be a problem too.

Why.. what is the major concern you have about this for in your situation?

I personally do not care if any of my family or friends look at every last thing that gets posted here by me to this site.

I do recommend staying off of any inappropriate websites of any kind if using work equipment, or when connected to an employer supplied wifi etc... An employer would have the right and the ability to track their employee's internet use while using their equipment and wifi at work, and could result in causing problems.

Listen if you're worried about being tracked by your phone try this.

Whichever supermarket you do your shopping in - go to Google and search for {supermarket} {town} (obviously without the brackets, like - Sainsburys Hull.

On the right hand side of the results is a panel about sainsburys Hull (or wherever you go).

You'll see a "you last visited here..." link - click that.

It'll tell you not just the last time you went there, but all the previous times too.

Not just that, but what time you set off, where from, what roads you drove down, how long you were there, what roads you drove back on, and how long that took as well.

We are all being watched, monitored and spied on all of the time - why do you think Google did google maps and street view and gave it away for free? Because they're nice guys?

No, because if they can geo-tag every road, building, and square inch of the planet, they know who you are, where you go, what you do, what you buy, and everything in between.

I don't wanna be tracked in general but I don't mind if someone knows that I use this site. I'm depressed and anxious and I think about suicide a lot. My parents know, people around me can probably sense that there's something wrong with me.

Get a paid vpn. I use private internet access. Useful for a lot of things, including anonymity on ss.

Well i basically don't talk anywhere, when i wan't to have privacy. If there is very loud music around i might say a thing or two in shortest and non incriminating way possible. I'm paranoid.
