One thing we are not supposed to do on this site is to encourage people to ctb- this is very important for the site. We can discuess many things related to ctb but there are good reasons to not encourage ctb- we can support people having the freedom to make thier own decisions, and we should encourage people to really think through big decisions.Upvote 0

If your SI is holding you back then today is not your day after all. I too have been there, torn between the need to bail out and that something within holding me back, it's a torment for sure but imo nobody on this site should be inclined towards giving you the required pep talk to ctb, if you can't do it, don't do it imo, the day will come again.Upvote 0
