This goes to the person that is hurting. It can be anybody who is reading this and it's coming from my words to you.

It's okay to feel hurt and feeling the way you do. No I won't say "be positive" or any of that type of nonsense because sometimes when other people say that, they don't understand the persons situation in whatever pain that they're in. Everyone has a different story.

Sometimes when the negativity is too overwhelming and when some things seem to negative, don't be afraid to step away and walk from it. The negativity can become an addiction and can drive you crazy, like trapped in an echo chamber with no way out.

Be careful on who you surround yourself with because most likely, you'll end up just like them. It can be your friends, family, and just about anybody.

Don't always trust anyone online and I'm not saying everyone from online is bad but it's always good to be cautious because if your gut is telling you that something is wrong and something seems to good to be true, you're probably right.
