This is a really bad idea, your body is hardwired against damaging itself so directly. If you were to do it, you would probably be looking to target the carotids and jugulars, but making a proper cut (or more likely, stabbing properly) is extremely difficult. It's also going to hurt like shit. Slitting one's wrists is generally considered a non-viable method, and this is too for the same reason.
