What helped me was visualizing that these are going to be my last days/weeks/months in this life and I might as well enjoy them as much as I'm able too. If you end up ctb all the worry and stress will be meaningless and If you don't it was pointless too. Anything particular that troubles you?

I live in Canada. I am reading posts about people getting vet N from D.........how is that arranged, does it matter what country you are in?There will be natural reactions to ctb thinking and feeling wise. Don't give much attention to them. I mean these two brought you here in the first place. That's why I believe ctb should be based on rational decision not on emotions or chaotic, baseless thoughts. If it is second case with you, I would say wait and let things be clear.
