Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I have it too for many years, a high pitched tone. Normally it doesn't bother me as it's normal unless someone is softly spoken as that can be difficult to understand them.
Mine won't ever go away but sometimes it just disappears and for a hour or two I have silence, it's just so beautiful to hear no tone at all.
So there are some sounds on Spotify if you search for them and there are some tricks on Youtube that are kind of like hand exercises that you do on your head that kind of reset the tinnitus somehow, it hasn't worked for me but mine was caused by other ways.
Hello EddyPaddy. I am very sorry to hear this. I had tinnitus after a medication overdose, but over time my brain seemed to filter it out and I couldn't hear it any more. So I hope for the same for you. Would you feel able to talk to a doctor - just to check that the onset of tinnitus isn't being caused by something else?
And there is support such as the UK Tinnitus Society - they have a supportive helpline open until 5pm today on 0800 018 0527. If you are in another country I can find sources there, if you would like. I know I found it very hard with tinnitus at first and I had suicidal thoughts because of it, but it did improve such a lot. I never thought it would improve at the time, so I understand something of your distress. Sending best wishes to you.
There is no cure for tinnitus. Of course there should be, nobody should have to live with constant noise. I think for some people it can get better over time, but in many cases it can get worse. There is nothing really helpful that I can say, but I'm sorry you have to suffer with this. It can be awful being trapped in this human body. I wish you the best.

Tinnitus will even be more worst due to your stress and your bad mood. It's like a spiral of pain. I am so sorry. As @Beeper wrote, if the removal of the medication is the trigger, there is a chance that it can be only temporarily.
In the very near future in our country Cannabis will be legalized. This can also be a help. some studies says and reports by regular doctors.
i wish my ears were my only health problems
i have snow vision
my whole right side (right leg/arm) burn / ache 24/7 due to rare disorder
and i dont feel my penis at all (nerve cut) because of accident
I thought my life was over when tinnitus came...
then getting all these additional issues some years later... i just wish i had only tinnitus
agony doesnt even cover it
idk what to say anymore :(
why so many health problems to good people
My tinnitus is severe, constant loud noise. Makes me suicidal everyday. I also suffer from mental illness. Tinnitus doesn't just go away, you have to learn to live with it. Which is something I can't do honestly.
