Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I moved my jaw funny and got really bad tinnitus In my left ear after moving my jaw funny and got really bad tinnitus in my ear and also felt very sensitive to sound, thankfully it went away but that must suck 24/7
I have tinnitus but sometimes it get not noticeable and sometimes disappear temporarily. I learned its somatic/physical type so its manageable compared to other types. I think I have it because of jaw/teeth alignment problem
Somatic tinnitus is easy to know, when you open your jaw for example or press on your forehead for example, you'll get a change on sound. Although its hard to completely get rid of but its external so not hearing related.
The other types are different and I read that many people ctbed/depressed...etc because of it.
There is the inner ear one which can be a type of hear loss. And there is rare type of external sound actually happening (unlike other types, others can hear the sounds by testing).
The last type is the sounds happening actually inside one's mind. I remember I read about a situation where someone got a very bad tinnitus to the degree of requesting removal of hearing. But it didn't work because the sound was internal in mind . Then they ctbed. Life is so cruel
Tinnitus is another terrible, cruel "invention" made for making you miserable, sometimes so unbearable you want to ctb. I don't know if you've read posts by @Susan Caswell , her case is horrifying.
I used to have some strange tinnitus for some time, but it went away. I heard some weird music, like full songs I've never heard before. Luckily it was quiet and not too annoying.
All sensory nerves through my body have been attacked for years. I now have the daily pleasure of suffering this within my entire face and head. Tinnitus is only one element of it. It's suffering like no other
I have it too. It gets really loud when I have a major lack of sleep. Among other things the lack of sleep causes to me, including paranoia. Most other times, as long as I'm not in a very quiet environment, my brain has learnt to tune it out overtime.
I deal with it too. A constant ringing in my ears since I was 15-16. If I'm someplace quiet it becomes noticeable. It's not as bad as others here but sometimes it becomes high pitched like somethings screaming in my ears.
Mine is driving me nuts. It has slowly increased in volume this last year and then the volume jumps again and I wince, physically when it happens. Its constant from the minute I wake up until I finally manage to fall asleep which is now taking me longer and longer. I have had it now for 11 years but this is as bad as its been.

I can totally relate and just advise you to use fucking ear protection and pay attention to your "hearing habits". Do not stand in front of the speakers in a club, do not use in-ear headphones, they are ALWAYS worse than on-ear, do not go crazy with your volume at home, at least not for too long and have a considerable distance to the speakers then, ur hearing is worth it - as you already know painfully, I guess.
But beyond that I can only tell you, to not freak you out and tell the truth that tinnitus does not really get worse over the years most times, that said... if you are in general danger... for example if you are a musician at the opera, be aware and protect your hearing, of course further trauma can cause more damage.
