Timings of drugs for SN

I could do with a little help on timings of drugs taken with SN, please. If someone was to use ibuprofen, diazepam, propranolol and domperidone, what would be the right timings? Something like this?

12:45 ibuprofen and diazepam, propranolol (d and p for calming of anxiety)
13:00 stat dose of domperidone
13:45 20g of SN with 50ml water and crushed propranolol

I've read that antacids should not be used with domperidone. Is it the same for PPIs such as Nexium. I know that newest PPH states that PPIs can help so I'm a bit confused.

My SN is arriving today and my domperidone tomorrow so could really do with some help with this please.
I plan to do it tomorrow as I cannot struggle with my health problem any longer.

hey. i think your plan is good. i would do the same. (btw i was wondering how much mg of propanolol do you intend to take in total?
i don't know about the antiacid thing tho.

I'm not sure on the propranolol. I don't have the amounts that guides suggest but I thought I could take a normal dose beforehand and then a couple of hundred mg with the SN.

Propranolol one hour earlier - is also what I'm doing. The effects take up to an hour to kick in so it makes sense
