Discussion Timing of benzos in protocol

So my question is: when is the best time to take benzos?
PPH protocol states that you should drink crushed benzos with water right after drinking SN but is it not too late to relieve anxiety and knock you out before unpleasant symptoms begin?
I'gonna attempt in June. I would be thankful for advice.

I also find some points in the protocol unclear. But I think it is better to adhere to it, because death can occur in the period from 40 minutes to 4 hours

The point of crushing benzos is to make them kick in faster. The problem is you don't want to take benzos before you swallow the SN because they might kick in and calm you down enough to abort your attempt or maybe even put you to sleep. A few people in this forum have run into that problem. The real answer is you need to know how the benzos will affect you and time your dose appropriately. If you have extra benzos, take one or two far in advance of your planned date and see how long it takes them to kick in, then you can adjust your plan as needed.

So you are saying that benzos crushed with water act faster than normal tablets. I didn't know that. I have around 14 mg o Xanax and some lorazepam. Don't know if that'll enough because PPH gives some crazy dosages
