idk how to describe it more succinctly, but ive been failing at partial suspension and my closet isnt high enough for a standing full suspension so ive been thinking of tieing my legs in a kneeling position so i cant reach the ground

wondering if anyones had any experience with it, how best to tie my legs up, what not to due, etc.
