• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How does one keep the dark thoughts away. I wake up with it on my mind. It is the first word I say in the morning. I think about it all day. I dream about it. How can I get it to go away.

I am afraid I will get so down and make a bad decision.

I think it starts with acceptance that this is just how you think. I wouldn't exactly say you should embrace it but find useful distractions and try to practice self-compassion. My therapist has got me started on it and just do little things like celebrating getting out of bed in the morning or doing something small and productive.

I've started congratulating myself for getting up in the morning or completing a set of reps in the gym. I still have a very critical inner voice, self-hatred, and ideation but I am slowly adding in positive things. It's an effort but like exercise the more you do it the easier it gets.
