Can anyone give their thoughts on methanol poisoning and would it be a viable ctb method? My only concern is the time it takes. Like if I made a night of mixing drinks replacing alcohol for methanol, would I need a place to stay somewhere where I can be alone for a weekend for example. I read somewhere that 250ml is fatal for a adult and 2 tbsp for a minor etc.

It is not remotely reasonable as far as comfort. If you want to ctb, you need a method that won't have you running/calling for help that will lead to an involuntary hold and blindness. The odds seem okay until you pay attention to all the side effects.
