Ah, England's answer to Jerry Springer. I caught a few episodes. Jeremy was always a dick, getting in people's faces and being a really crappy host in general. As for the guests... it's too scary to think about that rung of the gene pool for any length of time. Still, I imagine England's dentists are doing pretty well for themselves.

I watched a lot of clips on youtube and enjoyed it but I see the problem with it. Someone who cheated on someone else just got exposed and got that broadcast ed on live tv

I'm glad it's axed, but I don't get why Love Island wasn't axed too.

I'm not an avid tv watcher, but 'poverty porn' has been an unwelcome thing for way too long. I've seen small amounts of Jeremy Kyle's show and I've always felt deeply uncomfortable viewing it. Mind you, I feel the same about whining wannabe popstar shows too.

There are far better ways to show the reality of lives, without reducing them to a circus sideshow. Although I assume that would fall into the documentary category and just wouldn't get the viewers that commercial tv stations need/crave.

Jeremy kyle is clearly a psychopath. He's the only famous person I'd feel the need to punch If I were to see him in person.

Did he not have addiction issues and his marriage broke down? Taught I read that somewhere I could be wrong. But yet hes able to get into other peoples addictions an he thinks hes gods gift. What an absolute bell end

That guy had other issues. It wasn't the shows fault he committed suicide and the fact they're going against the show and trying to blame it is stupid. If you're not mentally strong enough to have your secrets put on blast like that, don't agree to the show. Anything could happen. Realize that. Don't think it should've ever been axed. Jerry springers a lot more fake.
Also, two people from love island committed suicide yet nobody's blaming that show

He had a gambling habit, I think he also slept with his children's nanny, pretty much what you said but the proper way lol
