Thoughts on my SN Protocol? I would love to get some feedback.

Hello, please let me know if my SN Protocol is good to go:

1. Start fasting at 4 pm
2. Paracetamol 1000 mg at 11 pm
3.AE 24 mg at 11:15 pm
4. Clonazepam 7.5 mg + lorazepam 15 mg + alprozalam 5 mg at 11:30 pm
5. SN 25 grams in 50-60 ml water at 12:00 am

Open to feedback and criticism.

It's this Benzo thing that's always the concern. The PPH recommend vast amounts obviously to knock people out more. That isn't.

Fair enough, but that's all that I could get a hold of. I did some research, and as per ChatGPT, that amount of Benzo should knock me out.

Might not knock you out, but should certainly calm you, and help with anxiety of what's happening I would think? I too only have limited amount of Clonazepam. As I don't take it regularly and haven't built up any tolerance to it, I'm sure it'll help

Perfect. Only thing that I read it was 30mg instead of 24mg of antiemetic, and I'd recommend 2 or 3 cups of SN in case of vommiting.

I've been reading about the anti-vomiting drugs. are these prescription only? are their any that one can buy off the shelf? Also could one use Gaviscon or Lansoprazole?
