Thoughts on inducing brain aneurysm or haemorrhage by Valsalva maneuver

I would love it if that could work.

I've been praying for natural causes for months and months.

I think the valsalva maneuver would be more likely to affect your heart rate before it led to really high intracranial pressure. I also don't think the valsalva maneuver would be effective unless you already had a predisposing heart problem
