Im not one but I mean you could dig more into it, if you took a heavy dosage then you'd probably feel short breath, fast heart beats, stomach cramps, dizziness, and the feeling of suffocating. You'd most likely also feel very nauseous. On the pain scale I'd say that's a 7 or a 8.5, if I were to take my life I'd take some pain killers with it honestly and some sleeping pills.

A person doesn't get a feeling of suffication according to reports. That's incorrect. Most people (who aren't on copious Benzo's) pass out long before that point.

From my understanding it's not painful but it is uncomfortable (nausea, vomitting, coldness, fast heart rate, anxiety etc).

How much would antiemetics and beta blockers and ibuprofen help with this? Would it deal with most of the discomfort? Most importantly, the nausea and vomiting?

The majority will vomit, you're ingesting a poison and your body will reject it. AEs primarily help with absorption, even with them you are far likely to vomit.

There's a few people looking at gastro-resistant (Enteric) capsules re the latter.

I read in the PPH that only 20% of people who ingest SN vomit? I assume that 20% did not use antiemetics

I don't know how true that is honestly, from the stories here the majority seem to vomit. Of course anecdotes don't necessarily mean much but I would simply advise anyone taking SN to be prepared to vomit, and if that is too uncomfortable for anyone to search for a different method.

I wouldn't take the PPH's explanation as gospel. It can be wrong or illogical at times.

No, the PPH does not say this. I suspect you're thinking of this meta-analysis. The problem is that the data is a mix of accidental and intentional poisonings, where many probably took far lower doses than 25g or thereabouts, likely distorting it.

The antiemetics are most beneficial for speeding gastric emptying, not prevention of nausea and vomiting.

I wouldn't say that I was in pain. I was panicking, it's more of a mental struggle.

As someone whose a active addict and a alcoholic, the symptoms such as vomiting and nausea seem easy to get through.

Did your vision start to go blurry or "fade to black" at any point or could you still see clearly throughout the experience?
