• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    šŸ‘‰ View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Let's be frank, our current society is approaching a point of destruction due to the inability to sustain itself, the problem is that there are still not many practical alternatives to solve the problem.

Unemployment, inflation, stupid gaps between social classes, shortages, few expectations for the future, problems in the pension system... all these problems have generated the constant repetition of the same cycle, it is as if we put a train in motion several decades ago and at this moment it is nearing the end of its journey.

The journey doesn't end unless the world is a nuclear wasteland and all humanity is extinguished. The powers that be that run each individual country do not work in the best interests of their people leading to the aforementioned points above in your post.

The collapse isn't the end, but the beginning of darker times. If the central government fails to keep a country united, a chaotic moment of absence of laws will end in smaller territories being controlled by powerful people, from politicians and corporations bosses to crime lords, creating a system similar to feudalism.

Such thing would be a nightmare and, if our society really collapses, I expect to be dead long ago.

Extinction is a slow torturous process . Hominids are not the best recipe . A dominant species worth its salt would not OVERPOPULATE . Many earth species are superior to hominids .

The weirder society gets, the more intensely people become obsessed with escapes. Can't wait for the Metaverse, maybe in a few decades all socializing and work will be done over VR. It's all very strange.
