Basically what the title says. I've tried therapy, tried mental healrh meds, tried this, tried that... and honestly i feel way worse now. recently learned i have DID and severe sexual trauma. it hurts. i dont know what to do. feel all foggy and like a sad little kid all the time. pretty mucb fully mentally disabled and cannot get a job or go back to school... i just want to lay in bed and watch cartoons and be comfy. why is everything so hard
