I think I'm going to try tonight. My SN arrived today, don't have anti-emetics but I've prepared three solutions of 25g SN in case of vomiting. I've been on this forum for years but only started talking recently. Thanks everyone for providing a place where we can be open and honest to each other about how we're feeling. Even though I never chatted, this forum has always been an indirect place of support for me whenever I'm feeling down. I don't have an exact time set for when I'll take my SN, but likely in a few hours once parents are asleep. I'll post an update when I take it.

ok so just hang on for a second.........new information has come to light that 25gs may be overkill and you have 3 drinks prepared and no AE. One member took 2gms and it was touch and go at the hospital. He took lots of other things and did everything wrong but the one thing that seems to be true is if you take a lower dose, you have a lower chance of vomitting it all up. Maybe something to consider if you do want to ctb. Even if you go right in the middle of 2 and 25 , 13grams may very well work for you..something to consider....

i'm happy for you good look may you have a easy passing, i'm also looking at getting SN got a few websites to try here in the uk hopefully one of them comes through for me but i won't have any antiemetics, from what i've read without any antiemetics vomiting is extremely likely so expect to be sick, "she drank the sodium nitrite solution. She was surprised by the saltiness of the taste. after half a minute later, she vomited very slightly. She sat in bed to reduce the possibility of any more vomiting. She felt some dizziness. It took her 5 minuets to lose consciousness. She showed no signs of distress during unconsciousness. Susan died 30 minutes later" when your unconscious you won't feel a thing.

Thanks for this information. I was looking at case studies recently and I have seen that people have died from as little as 2 to 6 grams. I am somewhat on the larger side in terms of both height and weight and am a young/healthy person so I think it's better for me to lean towards a higher dose. If I throw up the first solution too quickly maybe I will try making a less concentrated solution instead. Thanks.
