Things keep piling up

Every day my employers find yet another way to find something to make my significant problem. I enter negotiations with suppliers with the executives saying "before you go in I want you to guarantee that this will come out favorably". If I refuse what I hear is "do I need to hire someone else if you can't guarantee delivery?" Then we wind up right back with the client refusing and leaders upset with me. I hate it, I hate being in this position and it's all pushing me to take my flight and jump off the bridge.

Wow. People lose their decency the moment the word "business" comes into play.

It's a constant battle, do more with less. Expense reduction, gotta keep operations lean. On and on and on….

I'm sorry that you are in this situation. That sounds really stressful and overwhelming. This life is just so depressing and I know that it can be awful living a life you hate. I wish you the best in whatever happens.
