Is it just me or do people only seem to care after you're gone? I've tried reaching out to people, only to be told to "figure it out" or "a cry for help is cringe to ask for help" (actual quote for someone). No one takes you seriously until you die but even so, you are just forgotten overtime. Ironically, the same people who say these things will also say they didnt see the signs or there was nothing they could do when THEY LITERALLY IGNORED AND SHUNNED YOU AFTER YOU TOLD THEM YOU ARE STRUGGLING. No one will actually miss you. It doesnt matter in the end because when you die, you cant see how other people react anyway. That might not be enough for everyone but thats how I see it. I guess I could also see this as a sign that i deserve to die

Like therapy? Tbh after hearing other peoples experience, the idea of spending years and wasting loads and loads of money for something that might not even work really doesnt seem that appealing to me.

here is the thing. did you tried it?

you really are asking in a place where things didnt worked at all for people?
there are quite a lot of people saying that it worked for them. but they are not on this forum.
also you need to find a therapist that fits you.

depends on the therapist and the type of therapy. I recommend life coaching from a psychologist that specializes in life coaching, but can also work through your psychological issues. alternatively, a decent astrologer.
