Every single time I get an ad from Tinder, I am filled with rage. I don't hate men or couples or such, but I'm not interested in love right now, so I hate being advertised things like that--but I swear to God, it's like they're trying to shove it down your throat.
I've been blocking each and every single ad so, for a while, it was fine, like, I stopped seeing their advertisements. But Tinder either has to be losing/making a lot of money because it's like they come up with something new every other day and Google has begun advertising them to me again because 'it's different now'.
Am I crazy or does anyone else feel like the ads for Tinder/dating apps greatly outweigh the ones for...literally anything else? I'd literally rather be advertised anything else. Maybe I need to change my gender on Google to 'male' or something. I don't know.
It's not even like these platforms help you find love. It's just promoting hookup culture. I'm sick of it.
