According to the Swiss law, you can travel to Switzerland as a foreigner and get help to die and you do not need to be sick to get help to die. The person who wants assistance to die must possess: decision-making capacity and they must have control or ownership of the action over their death.

But in order to get a doctor to write a script for sodium pentobarbital, the doctor needs to review and approve the patient´s medical records. This makes the process medical. Pegasos has not specified which health requirements that are required.

According to Dignitas you must have a disease which will lead to death and or an unenduerable incapacitating disability and or unbearable and uncontrolled pain to get help to die.

Conclusion: The suicide clinics in Switzerland do not follow the law!

One time I wrote to a German assistant suicide organisation. It does not have a good reputation. They never wrote me back. I asked them about the cost of this approvement.
I really would prefer assistant suicide. However I kind of lost the hope in that. Even if it was fully legal/easy it would cost a lot of money. I think more than 3000 bucks. Poverty is one big reason for me to die. I don't wanna waste it on that. I really find it cool how cheap SN is.

Pegasos has not specified which health requirements are required.
I wrote them some months ago and they said that if I don't have a terminal illness there are very few chances that I'll result a suitable case for theirs services. In any case they specified that it will be a psychiatrist that have to evaluate it and that this expenses are not refundable.

I read that the entire process can cost around 10k euros, and I suppose that most of the part is the psychological evaluation and accompaniment. I'm not in the situation to find this money and then be refused by death.. I suppose that it is not an option for me

They do follow the law. They are just being very very conservative in their eligibility criteria.

I think they aren't being liberal with the criteria possibly because of one or two of these reasons:
1) May be even though the Swiss law is liberal, Swiss doctors aren't?.
When I contacted Pegasos, they told me no Swiss doctor will approve N for a young physically & mentally healthy person. I pointed them to Swiss law, they said, "even though law says that but Doctor will not approve N for you".

2) Worried about Societal Backlash.
Another reason they probably aren't liberal with their criteria is they may be worried about societal backlash if they help younger healthy people die.
Nitschke fights for 'Suicide as Human Right' for all adults yet even he doesn't allow under 50 year olds to buy PPH ebook/join PPH forums. Precisely for the same reason.

Hopefully it changes with Sarco. Nitschke says he will try Sarco later this year in Switzerland. also he says with Sarco they dont have to beg doctor for N prescription.
