Agreed. l tried that method myself and had to give up on it, the pain was just too much and I'd forgotten to take my anti emetics.

Yup, and even ate a piece of Terry's Chocolate Orange. All l got was a red face and a very bitter taste in my mouth.

While not the most peaceful method, it does work. Would you mind sharing what u know? Would u start with antiemetic? Less than a cup is deemed lethal, but that seems too low a dose. I hope you and others don't mind brainstorming with me. I rink the updated AF has a bitter taste. I've found some on Ebay, just the EG. I'd really appreciate some input.
