Hey everyone,

Been talking to a lot of people in the chat and trying to explain this method, and one user wanted me to make a post about it, so here goes everything.

We're going after a classic idea of using a blood choke, except, it will be against ourselves. In the privacy of our own homes. In a fully relaxed state.

This method is fully capable and will kill you very fast. I know this because it's what we were taught in the Marine Corps.

First, you're going to want some Gorilla tape OR a tree ratchet.

Second, get two Sackhole/Cornhole bags.

Now, depending on what you're using, you'll want to lie on the ground and put the bags on these two exact areas on your neck (In blue).

The reason we're lying on the ground is that we want to be able not to have to fuss over putting the bags on us and making sure they don't fall out of place before we use the ratchet or the tape. You're putting the bags on these two areas to go after the internal carotid arteries.

Start cinching the ratchet closed or wrap the tape around your neck once. Is everything feeling good? I'm glad. If not, then uncinch it a little and place the bags. You want to make sure that you're not compressing the windpipe as that could cause you to freak out a little.

We want this to be painless and fast.

After you're comfortable, sit down if you want to or stand up. Do whatever you want honestly. Start wrapping the tape around your neck more and a little tighter or start closing the ratchet more.

In about 5-20 seconds you will pass out. After that, it's pretty much game over unless you somehow hit the ratchet release. That's why I said we could also use tape as well. With the gorilla tape, it will make sure that you don't inadvertently try to tear the tap off... because it will be strong as hell around your neck.

After you pass out, it will only take a few minutes, and you will be brain dead from the complete lack of blood flow to your brain.

I think I've explained this pretty well and I hope you guys understand the method. If not, please don't hesitate and I'm sure that I can help you out or someone else in the community can help you out.
Thank you so much for this. You don't know how much it means to me that you shared this. Thank you endlessly

I encountered the same problem as you. Until i tried it while standing up, which makes sense, since when you're standing the blood have much more dificulty getting up to your brain. While doing the finger on carrotids test while standing, i could feel the effects within less than 10sec. I believe that it just takes a little longer when laying down. So in your case i think it just needs more time for your brain to lack oxygen. So what i'd recommend is first to be sure your padding works while standing before doing it laying down.

Merci pour ces éléments. Que pensez-vous d'un tensiomètre autour du coup à la place de l'attache à cliquet ?

For people having trouble holding the cornbags in place, just get a cheap cervical collar - they are less than $10 on Amazon. Put the sandbags or whatever hard object you want at your carotids, and use the cervical collar to hold in place. Then tighten the ratchet strap around the brace.

The added bonus of using the brace is no pressure is applied to your neck directly, since the ratchet straps are going around the outside of the brace, this means there is no pressure on the airway whatsoever.

Golf balls might work better than bean bags - especially if you have a tightened brace holding them in pace. Not sure, just an idea.

Anyone have any opinions on this working

I believe that anything can work as long as it stays in place and holds your weight once you tighten it.

I have tested and will be using the night night method with one huge variation - no cervical collar or neck brace needed.

Instead of using corn bags or rolled up socks, I will be using 2 "air lift bags" that I bought on Amazon. I placed them on each side of my neck, then used a large rubber band to hold them in place.

Just like night night, I then put a ratchet strap over the air bags - I am using the ratchet strap to ensure the air bags, when inflated with a little squeeze bulb, press in to my carotid arteries rather than out. The pressure from the air bags is what hits the carotids, not the ratchet strap, so I won't have to suffer with tightening down a ratchet strap to where I'm choking - it only needs to be tight enough so the bag pressure goes in.

The air bags, which are used to life furniture and hang doors, are a little rounded when inflated and seem to work very well.

I may, however, cut a golf ball in two and use that right on the carotid, so the air bags push the half golf ball in.

It is difficult for me to test because in order to release the air from the air bags, it is necessary to twist a screw with your fingers, rather than a push button. However I have nerve damage in my fingers and need 2 hands to do it. So if I start to black out, I wouldn't be able to release the air in time (ie., for testing). What I have done is got everything set up, inflated the air bags, and then pressed them against my neck using my forearms so I could release right away. I almost instantly start to get dizzy, like within 5 seconds. I am reasonably confident that I would black out if the pressure was not released.
