Guys I went to my music group so nobody wouldn't suspect I'm struggling and I let the mask slip

I've been sent to a&e I gotta ctb asap staff is with me how do I get out of this I don't want people to help

Now I'm gonna be stuck under shitty useless mental heath services

Stands for "accident and emergency." It's a "crisis" hospital segment where people who are unable to keep themselves safe go.

I am now in a waiting area to see the mental health team, I have a towel and I'm wondering if I can use it in the bathroom to try ctb though I imagine the nurses will suspect something any suggestions?

there's pretty much no way to ctb in the hospital. if you spend too long in the bathroom someone's going to check on you. i'm sorry you're in this situation

No they won't allow that. Hanging takes 30 minutes to ensure death, and they won't leave you alone for that long.
Even with something crazy like breaking the mirror—assuming it's not an oblong of metal, which it might be—or disassembling the toilet and stabbing yourself, they're likely to save you.
Like monetpompo said, there's basically no hope.
My sympathies are with you and I hope you are released soon.
